This nasal spray does not contain any drugs, steroids, or preservatives. Instead, it uses natural seawater that has been diluted and enhanced with copper.
How should Sterimar Congestion Relief Sea Water Nasal Spray be used?
This spray can be used on its own for congestion relief or combined with another treatment. To use this spray, prime the nozzle by spraying once away from the face. Then insert the nozzle into the nostril and spray gently without breathing in or tilting the head. Once you have done this, allow excess liquid to flow out of the nose and then blow the nose. Once you have done this for one nostril, repeat the process for the other nostril.
