How to use this nasal spray
Before use, briefly prime the spray by pressing the nozzle. Place the nozzle into one nostril and press briefly to administer the spray. Do not tilt your head backwards or sniff while administering the spray. Blow your nose to clear any excess from the nose and then repeat the process in the other nostril.
