How to Use
Shake well before use. Moisten two cotton pads with the product and place on each closed eye. Gently dab the cotton pads on the eyelid for 10 seconds to allow eyeshadow to completely dissolve. Then sweep over the eyelashes from root to tip, without rubbing.
