Evening primrose oil ensures the intake of polyunsaturated fatty acids, such as Gamma-linolenic Acid (GLA) and Linoleic Acid that help maintain hormonal balance, being important in the production of prostaglandins: substances that interfere in the regulation of many physiological and pathophysiological processes such as the inflammatory process, pain, cardiac function, gastrointestinal activity, kidney function, blood clotting and the production of steroids and hormones. Obtained by cold pressing, this oil doesn't contain solvent residues (hexane). Gluten and lactose free.
