The active ingredient in this hay fever nasal spray is beclomethasone dipropionate, which is a steroid. How to use this hay fever nasal spray
This product should only be used by adults. Shake the bottle gently and blow your nose gently before use. Use your thumb to support the base of the bottle and place your index and middle finger on either side of the spray nozzle. Tilt your head forward slightly and place the end of the spray into one nostril, close the other nostril with your finger. Gently breathe in through your nose and press down on the pump to spray into your nostril. Spray twice into each nostril twice a day to begin with, after a short time you may be able to reduce the dosage to one spray in each nostril twice a day. Clean the nozzle of the spray with warm water after each use to keep it from getting blocked.
