How to use Care Sodium Bicarbonate Ear Drops.
To begin, tilt your head sideways with the ear you wish to treat facing up. Keep your head tilted for a few minutes to allow the drops to reach your eardrum, then use a tissue to clear away any drops that have run out of the ear. Repeat with the other ear if necessary.
