Within 5 minutes of application the localised therapeutic heat starts to targets and reduces pain through the use of heat therapy. Heat therapy penetrated deep into the muscles to relax stiff, sore, aching muscles and joints to help restore natural movement while increasing blood flow which provides much needed oxygen and nutrients to aid the healing process.

How to use
Please carefully read label before use.
Suitable for use on the back, hip, thigh, calf, arm, neck and shoulder.
Not suitable for infants, children or anyone unable to remove the patch themselves.
This product is air activated, only open once ready to use.
Apply to clean dry skin where needed. For aging or sensitive skin apply the adhesive side to clothing.
The patch will activate within a minute and will heat up within 5 minutes, providing therapeutic heat for upto 8 hours. Once removed it can continue to provide pain relief for a further 8 hours.
Remove after 8 hours and do not reapply another heat patch on the same area for 24 hours.
Hazards and Cautions
- May cause skin irritation, burns or blisters; discontinue use if skin sensitivity occurs or the patch get uncomfortably hot.
- If diabetic, pregnant, have poor circulation, nerve damage, skin condition or allergy to sticking plasters consult your doctor before use.
- For external use only.
- Do not swallow.
- If patch contents make contact with skin or eyes rinse immediately with water and seek immediate medical attention.
- Do not attempt to reheat.
