How to use
Chew one piece of gum when you feel the urge to smoke.
Most people use 8-12 pieces of gum a day.
Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
Do not use if you are not a smoker.
Do not chew more than 1 piece of gum at a time and do not use more than 25 pieces of gum a day.
Consult with your doctor if you are pregnant of breast feeding.
Nicotinell chewing technique:
- Chew one piece of gum slowly until taste becomes strong.
- Rest the piece of gum between your gum and cheek.
- Chew again when the taste has faded.
- Repeat chewing routine for about 30 minutes.
