How to take Numark Hayfever Relief tablets
Swallow each Numark Hayfever Relief tablet with a sip of water or another cool drink. The number of tablets you’ll need to take a day will depend on your age:
- Adults and children over 12: Take one tablet once a day
- Children aged 6 - 12: Take half a tablet twice a day for a total of one tablet
