How to use Snoreeze Nasal Strips.
Before using Snoreeze Nasal Strips, make sure to wash and dry your nose. This will help your nasal strip to stick to the skin. Remove the backing paper from one Snoreeze Nasal Strip and apply across the bridge of your nose. Do not use Snoreeze Nasal Strips for more than 12 hours a day.
