When you spray it into your nose, the salt levels cause something called the “osmosis effect”, which is a natural way to decongest your nasal passages. It also helps to reduce itching and neutralises the pathogens responsible for allergic reactions, helping to treat and protect your symptoms all in one.
How to use this allergy nasal spray
Before using this product, gently blow your nose one nostril at a time and then shake the spray bottle. Remove the cover from the bottle and then insert the tip of the spray nozzle into one of your nostrils, keeping the bottle upright. Tilt your head slightly towards the side of the nostril being sprayed and press down on the nozzle to spray twice into your nostril, gently inhaling through the nose as you do so. Repeat the process in your other nostril. Leave the solution to work for a few minutes without wiping your nose, allowing any excess solution to drain, and then gently blow your nose if necessary. For best results, apply 2 sprays into each nostril up to 6 times a day.
