It contains aromatic ingredients such as Menthol and Camphor to calm a cough, Eucalyptus to relieve catarrh and Eucalyptus and Menthol to relieve nose congestion.

How to use
Adults: rub on chest, throat and back, leave night clothes loose or melt 2 teaspoonsful in hot water and inhale vapours.
Children over 6 months: apply lightly to chest and back. Leave clothes loose for easy inhalation.
