How to use
Bathing instructions for adults: Dissolve salts in a warm bath approx 37-39°C. Relax and soak for 20 minutes.
For general skin health and wellbeing add approx 100g-250g to your bath.
For relaxing tired and aching muscles use 500g-1kg.
Foot bath instructions: Dissolve approx 100g-500g of salt in a warm 5 litre foot bath. Soak feet and relax for 20 minutes.
Keep sealed in a cool place, dry place as over time salt can attract moisture.
